Ingredients
Chicken legs and thighs - roughly 1 kilo
Tomato paste
Onion - sliced
Garlic cloves
Celery
Green beans
salt
pepper
oregano - fresh or dry
Directions
Over medium in a large skillet heat cook chicken until browned on all sides. When done, put in slow cooker
In the same skillet cook veggies - starting from onion and garlic, adding celery and green beans (and any other veggie) for 2-3 mins. Add to slow cooker.
Set slow cooker to cook for 6-8 hours (or longer)
