Ingredients

11/3 Cup Sugar
4 Cups Boiling Water
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
185g Margarine
400g Thin Noodles ( uncooked )
4 Eggs

Directions

Simmer sugar in a large pot until caramalized
Slowly add water
Add salt & pepper, margarine & stir until well melted
Add noodles & cook for 2 minutes
Add eggs one at a time mixing quickly to avoid curdling
Pour into a rectangular dish , cover & bake for 45 minutes
